The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the spot inspection was conducted on 28.06.2025 and that the certificate will be issued to the petitioner today i.e on 30.06.2025. 4. Recording the above, this writ petition is disposed of.
