Detailed status report received from the Warrant Officer dated 28.06.2025 and as per this report when the Warrant Officer visited the office of Crime Branch, Faridabad at 2.30 a.m. the alleged detenue was not found there. It is confirmed in the report by Additional SHO that detenue Kajal was called on 21.06.2025 in Police Station Palla where she had come along with Deepak Mourya. Copy of DD No.189 dated 21.06.2025 in FIR No.285 dated 25.04.2025 under Sections 127(6), 64 (2)(f), 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of BNS registered at Police Station Palla, Faridabad (Annexure R-4) and the statement of SHO is Annexure R-5. The statement of petitioner was also recorded (Annexure R-6) where he stated that he does not want to search the detenue at any other place. Therefore, as per the report of Warrant Officer the detenue was not found in illegal custody at the aforesaid places. 2. Today, learned counsel for petitioner pointed out that present petition has rendered infructuous as detenue Kajal was arrested on MONIKA RANI 28.06.2025 in the morning. Therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the 2025.06.30 13:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRWP-6893-2025 2 present writ petition, having rendered infructuous. 3.
