Present Review Application has been filed by the petitioner-review applicant seeking the following reliefs: “In the facts and circumstances explained above and in the interest of justice, it is humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to recall its order dated05.06.2025 to the extent that it refers to: i. Admission by the Counsel for the Petitioners that no Managing Committee exists for the College and that the District Magistrate is serving as the Administrator of the College. ii. Directions to the D.M. to instruct the Registrar of Societies to expedite the elections of the Managing Committee within the prescribed period.” 5. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner-review applicant would submit that in Paragraph-7 of the Judgment dated 05.06.2025, word “District Magistrate” be directed to be replaced by word “Chief Development Officer”. 6. The prayer being innocuous, and as the same is not being objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents, the same is allowed. Let the word “District Magistrate” be replaced by the word “Chief Developmkent Officer” in Paragraph-7 of the judgment dated 05.06.2025. 7. The Review Application stands disposed of accordingly.
