Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank submits that the property has been sold by way of auction and sale certificate has already been issued in favour of third person. 3. In light of the above factual matrix, we are of the view that this Court cannot intervene at this stage. The writ petition, is accordingly, disposed of. 4.
