This is a Contempt Petition filed under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act for disobeying the order dated 14.11.2024 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. 2. Learned State Counsel has pointed out that in the present case, vide order dated 30.06.2025, the petitioner has been promoted w.e.f. 24.08.2019 and has handed over the copy of the said order dated 30.06.2025 to the Court during the course of arguments which is taken on record and marked as Mark “A” and a copy of the same has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the case of the petitioner, the petitioner is entitled to promotion from the year June, 2013 and thus, the petitioner seeks to challenge the said order dated 30.06.2025 to the said limited extent and thus, submits that the present contempt petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order to the said limited extent. 4.
