Learned counsel for the Petitioners therefore does not press the Petition. It is made clear that the observations made in the order dated 10th October 2025 are prima facie in nature. We leave it open to the S.D.O. to construe the order dated 10th October 2025 accordingly. 5. Learned counsel for the Petitioners further submitted that the S.D.O. be directed to expedite the passing of the Judgment/Order. 6. We have no manner of doubt that as the matter has been heard, the S.D.O. will undoubtedly make every possible endeavour to pass appropriate orders expeditiously. 7.
