Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both side learned Counsels represented that the matter has already been referred to the learned Mediator pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.03.2025 and the matter has been compromised before the learned Mediator, Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras. The Mediation and Conciliation Centre has now forwarded a report along with enclosing a Joint Compromise Memo, dated 26.08.2025 entered into between the parties. 3. The said Joint Compromise Memo entered into between the parties is affirmed by the learned Counsels. Both the petitioner and the respondent are present before this Court and they admitted to their signatures and also the terms of the Memorandum of Compromise. 4.
