The instant application has been filed for impleading the Committee of Management St. Mark's School Society/St. Mark's School & College, 71 Cariappa Road Cantt. District Jhansi, as respondent no.5. 2. Learned counsel for non-applicant/petitioner has filed counter affidavit to the impleadment application today, which is taken on record. 3. The reasons shown to allow the application, are found to be sufficient. 4. The impleadment application is allowed. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.5 is directed to make necessary correction in the array of parties to the petition during the course of the day. (Writ Petition) 1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.5 apprised the Court that vide order dated 14.08.2025 passed by Assistant Registrar, Jhansi by which respondent no.5 has been designated as Secretary of the Society. It is submitted that in view of aforesaid order nothing is left for further litigation in the instant matter. He has placed the order dated 14.08.2025 before the Court today, which is taken on record.
