ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed questioning the order passed in I.A.No.10 in G&WC.No.101/2018 dated 23.04.2024 by the III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, whereby the Family Court had dismissed the application filed by the petitioner/father.
2. An order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court is placed before this Court dated 30.04.2025 wherein the Hon'ble Apex Court had passed an order permitting the father to come to Bengaluru, Karnataka to exercise visitation rights in order to meet his child on every Sunday. The first four meetings shall take place on every Sunday at Bengaluru Family Court premises, under the supervision of a mediator without the

presence of either the grandparents or anyone representing the grandparents and the Family Court shall see to it and decide whether further sessions, after the first four need to be carried out in the same manner or a change is required. By 04.00 p.m., after the meetings the child will be handed over to his grandparents. The concerned Registrar (Judicial) was
directed to communicate the order to the concerned Family Court at Bengaluru for onward compliance.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have assailed the order passed by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh arising out of judgment and order dated 10.04.2025 in CMA.No.247/2023 and the same was carried to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed this
order dated 30.04.2025. As the Hon'ble Supreme Court has already granted the visitation, nothing survives for
consideration in this petition. Hence, this Court is passing the following order:
ORDER i. Accordingly, in the light of the order passed in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.12294/2025, the writ petition is disposed of.
