JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:- “(a) Issue a Writ of mandamus, or a Writ in the nature of mandamus, or any other appropriate Writ, Order or directions, directing the Respondent No.2 to consider the Petitioner’s Review Application dated 16.11.2024 (“Annexure – A”) in a time bound manner; (b) for such further and other reliefs, as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47542 WP No. 29972 of 2025 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that its Review Application dated 16.11.2024 submitted to the respondents has not been considered sofar by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said application/representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider its Review Application at Annexure-A dated 16.11.2024 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
