By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Senior Superintendent of Police, Varanasi (respondent No. 5 ) to pay the suspension period salary from 26.01.2010 to 17.06.2011 to the petitioner within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court" 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may be directed to make representation afresh before the competent authority,namely respondent No. 5 who may be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. 4. In the given facts and circumstances this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make fresh representation before the competent authority in the matter within a period of four weeks from today and if she does so, the competent authority, namely respondent No. 5 will dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance law within a period of further two months weeks.
