Learned counsel for the State submitted that the investigation against the applicant is pending for the offence under Sections 115(2), 117, 118(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 332(c), 351(2), 352 and Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 4. Mr. Bilal Ahmed, Advocate has requested to permit the applicant to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application without any liberty. 5.
