This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No.2 to 4 to provide possession over the allotted Patta land Arazi No.340(M), Area 8 Biswa and Arazi No.495(M) Area 7 Biswa situated in Village Ajehra, Pargana Mah, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Respondent No.2 to 4 to take appropriate decision upon the representation of the petitioner dated 16/05/2025 which is still pending before them for consideration, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (Annexure No.4 to this Writ Petition)" 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that lease was granted in favour of father of the petitioner in the year 1976 but the possession till date has not been given. 3. This writ petition has been filed after lapse of 49 years seeking direction to possession of land of which allotment was made in in the year 1976. No case for interference is made out. 4.
