Case No. 87 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 324, 326, 307, 147, 295A & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri P. K. Verma, learned J.M., Ranchi Petitioner is alleged to have given a knife blow on the stomach of the brother of the informant, who sustained grievous injury.
