The application came to be rejected vide order dated 21st February 2018. Present civil revision application takes exception to aforesaid order. 2. Record indicates that Regular Civil Suit No. 83 of 2009 has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 4th January 2019. Thereafter, no steps have been taken for restoration of suit.
