None appears for the private respondent despite service. Heard learned counsels for the parties. The petitioner alleges that the private respondent who is her mother is not allowing the caregivers to enter the house and look after her father. The caregivers have been appointed by the petitioner who agrees to bear the entire expenses of her father including that of the caregivers. It appears from the report submitted by the State that the private respondent has written to the police authority that the petitioner has entered the house and occupied one room forcibly. She has sought police help for the security of her husband and herself. It appears that the dispute in the present matter is between the daughter and the mother. It is purely a private dispute. There is no scope for the writ court to intervene therein. The property admittedly belongs to the petitioner’s parents and the petitioner may at best be a licencee therein. In the event she seeks to enter the property, she is at liberty to take necessary steps before the appropriate forum. The writ petition is devoid of any merit and is accordingly dismissed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
