In the said incident, specific injuries have been attributed to the other two co namely Prem Singh and Satnam Singh. Co have inflicted a rod blow on the right cheek of the complainant, while Satnam Singh is alleged to have given a forehead. As regards the petitioner, he is alleged to have caused a stick injury on the forehead of the complainant, which is stated to be simple in nature. Singh also sustained injuries during the same incident, and in support of this assertion, medico as Annexures P submitted that a cross accused Prem Singh, who is the complainant in that case.
