Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3. On instructions, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint, FIR has been registered in Crime No.88 of 2025 under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition stands closed.
