Mishra, A.P.P. ------ Order No. 04/Dated 11th April, 2025 The instant Cr.M.P. has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for extension of time/modification of the order dated 17.10.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 6370 of 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner admitted to anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No. 6370 of 2024 vide order dated 17.10.2024 and this Court directed petitioner to surrender before the court concerned within four weeks from the date of order, but the petitioner could not surrender as he was suffering from typhoid and to corroborate his submission learned counsel for the petitioner drew attention of this Court towards the Annexure- 2 which includes the medical prescription and medical test report of petitioner. 3. Such submission has been made in presence of Mr. Pankaj Kr. Mishra, learned A.P.P. appearing for the State. 4. Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend the period of surrender for ten working days from today. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court Neutral Citation No. ( 2025:JHHC:11063 ) concerned within ten working days from today and remaining part of the order dated 17.10.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 6370 of 2024 shall remain intact. 5. Let this order be treated as a part and parcel of the order dated 17.10.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 6370 of 2024. 6. Accordingly, Cr.M.P. No. 885 of 2025 is disposed of. (Arun Kumar Rai, J.)
