By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to reconsider the case of the petitioner so far as the posting of the petitioner is concerned and take a decision within a period of 15 days. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of posting at the School/ place mentioned in her representation. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and 3 circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner, while promoting from the post of Assistant Teacher (L.B.) to post of Head Master, Primary School, and he has been posted in different block from present place of posting. He submits that at this stage, petitioner may be permitted to submit representation before concerned authorities and concerned authorities be directed to decide the representation to be submitted by petitioner expeditiously within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayed made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off permitting petitioner to submit representation before the concerned authority. In the event, petitioner submits representation, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks' from the date of receipt of such representation.
