From perusal of the record, it appears that in pursuance of letter dated 09.06.2025 of the Registry of this Court, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri has submitted his report dated 18.08.2025 mentioning therein that both the appellants have died. As per this report, appellant no.1, Chhotey Singh alias Chhutan has died in the year 1990 while the appellant no.2, Barey Lal has died in the year 2024. The report also shows that the legal heirs of the appellants have not filed any application permitting them to pursue this appeal. 3.
