Since it has been informed that an order under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has been passed, we do not find any reason to intervene in the present matter at this stage. The petitioners do not have the legal tenable right to stay in possession of the property. 3. In light of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievances.
