Case No. 229 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 309(6) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. On 28.08.2024 at 4.30 a.m., three unknown persons intercepted the Informant near Lady Dumar bridge and looted Rs. 70,000/- from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 6. Mr. Saket Kumar, learned A.P.P after going through the case diary, does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 7. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Katras P.S.
