Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the orders dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24504 of 2023 are complied with and also issued proceedings dated 24.07.2025 to that effect. Therefore, no cause survives and no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed.
