JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayers: (A) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation in favour of the petitioner dated 28/08/2024 vide Annexure-D, in the interest of justice and equity. The petitioner is said to be an Ex-Serviceman. He submits a representation to the respondent-State to stop any adverse action against the children of the petitioner in future for the reason that the caste certificate of the children earlier had indicated in the caste status to be nil in the light the fact that the petitioner was working in the Army but the caste certificate is now issued and the admission is secured. Representation is submitted that the career of the children should not be jeopardised for an event that was of the past. The representation not meriting consideration has driven the petitioner to this Court in the subject petition. 3. The learned AGA submits that the representation would be considered in accordance with law by passing appropriate orders and communicating the same to the petitioner. 4. In the light of the said submission, without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition directing - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:2284 WP No. 106055 of 2024 consideration of the representation and passage of orders in consonance with law.
