Learned counsel for the appellants stated that agreed amount be released in favour of appellants No.1 to 4 in equal shares. Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit cheque of Rs.5,50,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs and Fifty Thousand only) in favour of appellants No.1 to 4 in equal shares with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court on or before 11.07.2025. Failing compliance of the order, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order.
