As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of assaulting the victim, causing him injuries. 4. The petitioners are in custody since 24.06.2025. 5. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bikramganj, Rohtas/concerned Court below in connection with Dinara P.S.
