However, the data furnished therein is insuicient for this Court to examine the issue, even for the limited purpose of directing Respondent No. 1 to consider the representation on its merits. In the event the Petitioner submits such a comprehensive representation, it will be for the State Government to examine the same and take appropriate steps, as may be required in accordance with policy considerations. 6.
