The petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Nelamangala Taluk, to consider the representation at Annexure-E given by the petitioner. On perusal of Annexure-E representation dated 17.12.2024, it is clear that the petitioner is seeking rectification of the RTC in respect of Survey No.37/1 of Nijgal Village, Kasaba Hobli, Nelamangala Taluk, where the extent of the land is shown as 10 guntas, while according to the petitioner, the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29567 WP No. 2710 of 2025 Land Tribunal had granted occupancy rights in respect of 16 guntas. Further, the attention of this Court is drawn to Annexure-C, which is an order dated 30.11.2018 passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Doddaballapura Subdivision, directing the Tahsildar to afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, verify the records and thereafter, proceed in accordance with law. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Tahsildar to consider the grievance of the petitioner in the light of the directions issued by the Assistant Commissioner at Annexure-C. The Tahsildar is required to verify the records, find out about the orders passed by the Land Tribunal, and thereafter issue notice to the concerned and take action in accordance with law. The entire proceedings shall be concluded as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
