The petitioner claims ownership of Plot No.169. A dispute regarding the construction of a concrete road on private land cannot be adjudicated by the Panchayat Authority, as the matter is purely civil in nature. This observation shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application before the competent Civil Court. 2 Accordingly, WPA 25481 of 2025 stands dismissed.
