The petitioner being Birds Jute & Exports Limited is a Government company under the administrative control of Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. They have complained that their land is being encroached by setting up a Gosala and car repairing workshop. In view of the encroachment having taken place within a government property, I direct that in case the petitioner-company through its authorised representative is able to organize masons and/or labourers for demolition of such illegal constructions and/or removal of the same, in that case, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate will sent on requisition extra trained police force for controlling the law and order situation, if any crisis so arises. The petitioner will inform the police authorities one week ahead of carrying out of the said job and after organizing the necessary labourers and/or masons for demolition of the illegal constructions. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1955 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
