The pleadings in the affidavit and the documents annexed with the same do not reveal any willful disobedience on the part of the Judicial Officer of the court concerned who has been impleaded as opposite party in the present case. Further, present application is barred by the provisions of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 3. Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed.
