(through VC) with Mr.Areeb Ahmed, Adv. Ms.Muskan Harlalka, Adv. for Ms.Anuradha Upadhyay, Adv. Ms.Aditi Sharma, Adv. for Mr.Ganesh Sharma, Adv. HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AVNEESH JHINGAN ORDER 30/07/2025 1. These writ petitions are filed and decided by a common order as the facts and issues involved are same. For convenience, the facts are being taken from S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2942/2011. 2. This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent No.4 to grant registration before the Rajasthan Nursing Council, Jaipur and to issue registration certificate. 3. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner underwent two year certificate course of Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery from Prerna Senior Secondary School, Sirsa (Haryana) and was [2025:RJ-JP:28934] (5 of 5) [CW-2942/2011] registered with the Haryana Nurses Registration Council (for short ‘Council’). The petitioner intended to get registered in Rajasthan to enable her to apply for the vacancies advertised in the Rajasthan. The Council issued a no objection certificate dated 18.06.2010 which was subject to final outcome of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.19038/2009 filed before the Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a provisional certificate was issued by respondent No.4 but same is neither available with him nor placed on record. Further, it is contended that writ petition No.19038/2009 has finally been decided in favour of the petitioners. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 submits that provisional certificate has been valid only for three months and no longer exists. The contention is that the present writ petitions have been rendered infructuous. 6. Without going into the merits of the case, these petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file representation before the respondent No.4 pleading subsequent developments including the decision of Civil Writ Petition No.19038/2009 and the prayer for grant of registration in Rajasthan. 7. In the eventuality of petitioners filing representation within four weeks from today, the respondent No.4 shall consider the same in accordance with law expeditiously not later than within three weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
