Biju P.U.SHAILAJAN THIS CONTEMPT OF COURT CASE (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 28.03.2025, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: CON.CASE(C) NO. 936 OF 2022 2 2025:KER:27675 JUDGMENT The present Contempt Case has been filed for alleged non-compliance/wilful disobedience of the judgment dated 02.12.2021 passed in W.P.(CNo.16124/2021. While disposing of the said writ petition directed the respondents as under: “3. Having considered this, I am inclined to direct the respondents to pay the entire amount due to the petitioner in two equal monthly installments. Second respondent shall compute the entire amounts due within a period of one month from today, and a copy of the computation shall be forwarded to the writ petitioner. The amount shall be paid in two equal monthly installments as mentioned above, commencing from three months from the date of issuance of the computation.” 2. In pursuance to the notice issued by this Court in the present Contempt Case, an affidavit of compliance has been filed stating therein that altogether Rs.21,50,531/- has been paid towards the DCRG to the petitioner and only Rs.3,83,029/- remains to be paid. The said amount shall also be paid within two months from today. CON.CASE(C) NO. 936 OF 2022 3 2025:KER:27675 3. Considering the aforesaid undertaking that the balance amount of Rs.3,83,029/- shall be paid within a period of two months, the present Contempt Case is closed. However, it is made clear that if the respondents fail to make payment of Rs.3,83,029/- within a period of two months, the petitioner would have the liberty to file a fresh contempt. Sd/- D. K.
