Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2064 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (M) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 325, 307, 379, 341, 504 & 506/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. On 10.04.2024, at about 10:30 p.m., the informant had gone to inspect his handpump where the accused persons intercepted him and assaulted him causing injury on his head. There is specific allegation that the petitioner had given a lathi blow on the head of the informant. 4. It was submitted that there is a case and counter-case with regard to same occurrence. Both the cases were registered under Section 307 of the I.P.C. It was finally submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Godda (M) P.S.
