P. C. : 1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2. Mr. Pawar has iled a reply on behalf of Respondent No. 1 – Bank. We completely agree with Mr. Pawar that the present Application appears to be an attempt to delay the deposit. Mr. Pawar has placed on record a list of all proceedings instituted by the Applicants against the Respondent–Bank. Therefore, we expressed reservation in grant of any relief in the present Application. A further extension of six weeks is now sought on the ground that the only earning member of the family, Mr. Anil Mehendale, aged 58 years, son of the Applicant, is sufering from a posterior circulation stroke afecting bilateral occipital lobes. The medical certiicate dated 13th December, 2025, annexed to the Application, indicates that he has been advised rest for 30 days. Learned Counsel submits that Applicant No. 1 is running a well- established business and, therefore, the present Application has been iled only to delay recovery. 4. Taking into consideration the Applicant No. 1, a Lady, is 80 years of age, only in the interest of justice, we are inclined to extend the period as mentioned in paragraph 8 of the order dated 20th November, 2025, thereby protecting the possession of the Applicants in the residential house for a further period of two weeks from today. 5.
