Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 3568 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. (Amendment) Act, 2000, pending in the Court of learned Additional Session Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Cyber Cases, Dhanbad. 3. On 12.12.2024, at about 03:30 p.m., Cyber Police, Dhanbad, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Flat No. 4B, Shristi Karuna Enclave, Sahyogi Nagar, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended these petitioners alongwith co-accused persons. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. 5. Learned Special P.P. has submitted that no victim has come forward to claim that the petitioners had cheated anybody. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Cyber Cases, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S.
