Case No. 67 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 64 of the BNS and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the minor victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2025. 5. In the statement of the victim girl recorded under Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74302 of 2025(3) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 Sections 183 of the BNSS, she has said that the victim was raped by the petitioner, who is a tempo driver in Gorakhpur. 6.
