Now the petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs: “i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to stop the appointment of new candidates into the vacancy until the case under progress before the Hon'ble Labour Court, Kannur is decided on merits. ii. To call for the records which lead to the issuance of Exhibit P4 and to issue writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the same. iii. Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice. iv. To dispense the production of English translation of Malayalam Exhibits, which is in vernacular language.” 2. The petitioner's writ petition is not maintainable before this Court.
