JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 09-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 285, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 109(1), 352 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are alleged to have assaulted husband of the informant with lathi, danda. There is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner No.3. Doctor has found the injury sustained by the husband of the informant to be simple in nature. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61862 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are alleged to have assaulted husband of the informant with lathi, danda and there is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner No.3. Injury sustained by the husband of the informant is simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. 6. Considering the nature of accusation, nature of injury and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Saran, in connection with Amnour P.S.
