It is stated that 5th appellant S.Selvamani passed away on October 3, 2024 leaving behind the petitioners/proposed appellants Nos.6 to 8 as his legal heirs/legal representatives. 4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made on either side, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions.
