The petitioner, aged 83 years, seeks early disposal in order to to see the colour of the coin during her lifetime. 2. Considering the limited relief sought in this revision, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. Taking into account the pendency of the suit in O.S. No. 2735 of 2021, a direction is issued to the IV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit on or before 31.03.2026. 3.
