By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 26173 of 2025 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted a representation on 12.06.2025 before the respondents requesting them to pass a Government Order confirming the final approval for regularisation of ISPEN and to update the register (online and offline) confirming functioning of ISPEN as per the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 and the said representation was received by the respondents 1 to 3 on 16.06.2025, 14.06.2025 and 16.06.2025 respectively. However, the said representation has not been considered so far. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court. 3.At the outset, it was submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 3 that the above representation would be considered and orders would be passed, after issuing notice and hearing the petitioner and any other interested parties, within the time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner. 4.In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the official respondents, to consider the representation dated 12.06.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 26173 of 2025 accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, any other interested parties, within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
