The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 in a case bearing FIR No.57 dated 12.06.2025 under Section 125 of the BNS, 2023 and Sections 25, 24 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered a Police Station Smalsar, District Moga. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 01.07.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 01.07.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, the interim order dated 01.07.2025 is made absolute.
