This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioners seeking modification of order dated 26.09.2025 and extension of time to surrender. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in the cause title, the Name of Petitioner No.3 has been wrongly reflected as “Kirabala Das” instead of “Kiranbala Das”. He further submits that the date of disposal of the order has been wrongly reflected as “26.06.2025” instead of “26.09.2025”. 4. In view of the same, the date of disposal of the order be read as “26.09.2025” and name of Petitioner No.3 be read as “Kiranbala Das”. p. 2 5. The time limit for surrender of the Petitioners as fixed in paragraph-4 of order dated 26.09.2025 is extended for a further period of four weeks hence. 6. Rest part of order dated 26.09.2025 remains unaltered. 7. Learned Court in seisin is requested to act in terms of the earlier order dated 26.09.2025, as modified and the order passed on this day. 8.
