The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered by the Gautam Budha Nagar Cyber Crime Police Station, Uttar Pradesh. 3. After hearing both sides, I am of the considered opinion that this Court cannot entertain such a bail application when the case is registered in Uttar Pradesh. At this stage, the counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are ready to file appropriate application before the jurisdictional court. In the meanwhile, there is apprehension of arrest. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I think there can be a direction to the police authorities not to arrest the petitioners within the jurisdictional limit of the State of

Therefore, this bail application is disposed of directing the police authorities not to arrest the petitioners within the jurisdictional limit of the State of Kerala for a period of three weeks.
