Petitioner wants consideration of his application which is with regard to mutation of his name over the property in question. It is alleged that some of the family members have unauthorizedly got their name mutated. The order passed in mutation proceedings is not annexed with the writ petition. In the event, petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed in mutation proceedings he would have the liberty to challenge such order either by filing appeal or by instituting appropriate civil proceedings before the competent forum for declaration of his rights.
