Case No. 252 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 96 of the BNS but the charge-sheet has been filed under Section 96 of the BNS and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act. 3. The petitioner is accused of enticing the victim girl and she died in a accident in Delhi for which U.D. Case was registered in Delhi itself. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2025.
