The present writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 17.06.2025 registering Case Crime No. 279 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 61(2), 318, 319, 338, 336(3), 340(2), 67C B.N.S., 2023, Police Station-Nawabganj, District-Prayagraj and for a direction to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 not to arrest/adop any coercive method against the petitioner in pursuance of impugned first information report. It has been stated in the writ petition that the petitioner has been named in the first information report as accused because he was employed at Prachi Hospital Shantipuram, Phaphamu, Ganganagar and no offence has been committed by the petitioner. It has been argued that the first information report is liable to be quashed. A.G.A. representing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 opposes the petition. It would serve no purpose to keep the present petition pending. After considering the rival submission of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall not be arrested in pursuance to the First Information Report dated 17.06.2025 registering Case Crime No. 279 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 61(2), 318, 319, 338, 336(3), 340(2), 67C B.N.S., 2023, Police Station-Nawabganj, District- Prayagraj till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C./193 B.N.S.S.
