By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order of transfer dated 15.06.2025 on the ground that the petitioner is elected office bearer of employees association and hence in the light of the relevant provisions contained in the transfer policy dated 06.05.2025 petitioner deserves to be granted exemption. 3. Per contra, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that though the petitioner has stated in paragraph 9 of the petition that he has been elected as office bearer of employees' union but nowhere it has been stated that the petitioner was elected for the first time or second time. 4. Be that as it may, since the petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order he is directed to file representation regarding his claim before competent respondent authority within a period of two weeks the same shall be looked into and considered and also disposed of as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of four weeks by means of reasoned and speaking order. 5.
